- 1 pinch salt
- 1 stick butter (at room temperature)
- 1 egg yolk
- 3 Tbsp. water
- 500 grams 2% Greek yogurt (I admit it, I’m lying. This is not really a cheesecake; it’s actually made up of yogurt…but it doesn’t matter because it’s sooo good! I promise, you won’t be disappointed!)
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2 eggs (+ 1 egg white)
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 pinch salt
- 4 cups fresh cranberries (or congealed)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 40 mL sliced almonds (roasted)
