Omitted the espresso powder, added 1 scoop chocolate protein powder to dry ingredients portion, added 3 big tbsp peanut butter to FP portion. Used about 2/3 c chocolate chips (mix of stevia and sweetened). Cut back to a little under 1/2 c maple syrup and swapped in ~1/4 c monk fruit sugar. Trying swapping in half coconut flour, too. Needs 20 min in the oven, then needs to sit in the tin afterward for a good 20 min before taking out.
