- 2 apple (Red Delicious or Gala or any red-skin Apple)
- 1/2 cup walnuts (I used raw walnuts, you can toast'em or use candied walnuts too)
- 10 strawberries (thin vertical slices)
- 1 bunch lettuce (small bunch romaine heart, about 6-8 leaves)
- 1/4 cup cranberries (dried, preferrably unsweetened)
- 5 mint (mint leaves, julienne)
- 1/4 cup goat cheese
- 1 cup green grapes
