Soooooo, delicious. It was my first time baking any kind of loaf bread. I have always wanted to try, but, just never made time to do so. I looked through a bunch of recipes, and, this one looked easy. And, it was! Only thing I changed was the brown sugar, since I do my best to avoid refined sugars, and, subbed it out with a 1/4 cup of organic maple syrup. It was perfect! Also, pushed a few walnuts on top, which made them come out with a really nice toasted flavor. Can’t wait to make another.
