This recipe doesn’t call for water which is weird. The dough was sticky and hard to fold so I added water until it was easy to fold. I also added a pan with 8 ice cubes to the oven as I do with all breads I bake.

It was tasty but kind of gooey although I baked it long enough and at the required temperature. Next time I'll double the flour and add some nuts in the dough.
