- 1/4 cup coconut oil (at room temperature, no need to melt)
- 2 eggs (large)
- 1/2 cup maple syrup (or raw honey)
- 1/3 cup applesauce (unsweetened)
- 3/4 cup milk (I used unsweetened almond)
- 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1 3/4 cups wheat flour (whole)
- 2 tsp. baking powder (aluminum free)
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup greek yogurt (plain, I used 2%)
- 3 Tbsp. maple syrup (or honey)
- 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- jelly beans (organic, for decorations & is optional)
- coconut flakes (fancy grade, for decorations & is optional)
- cooking spray (I use Misto)
