- 500 grams turkey meat (ground, I used 2% fat turkey mince)
- 1/4 white onion (or brown, finely diced)
- 3 cloves garlic (grated or finely diced)
- 2 Tbsp. fresh coriander (chopped, /cilantro)
- 1 tsp. cumin powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder (optional but very nice)
- 2/3 tsp. sea salt
- 1 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 2 Tbsp. hot sauce (I used Frank’s Original)
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 egg (can be omitted)
- 1 dash olive oil (and more hot sauce)
