I made mine just slightly larger (got 42) and was apprehensive that they were a little too wet (they ended up with flat bottoms) but they turned out super juicy and tasty with the same cooking time.

I found them delicious! I added a bit of breadcrumbs to mine. Then seemed a little wet before I added. So they turned out light and delicious
