Super easy and delicious! I make this as a meal prep for work week lunches. Instead of a "wrap" I just put the ground turkey over a bed of spinach and veggies.

We didn't love it. Not much flavor. When I make it again I'll have to tweak it a bit.

Replaced the water chestnuts with diced fried tofu, Minus the red chili paste for the kids, it was a hit! The kids had two leaves of romaine lettuce each, and they said they satisfied. #winning Meal prep ready for the week!

Absolutely delicious!! This will be on the table weekly. My my picky teenager ate several as well. Looking forwatd to a quick prep and cook meal on a busy week night yummmm!!
