So good! I did not make into individual cupcake breads I made as one whole piece. I had to turn the heat up on the oven though and bake it for longer than what was suggested. My family

I really liked this. My family is used to super sweet cake-like corn bread, but I will keep trying! Now I need to do something with the rest of the spelt.
