Great recipe , but did you know there the healthy kind of sugar cookies , but in a package and only need coconut oil and water to make them and they are the best and totally recommend them!! And there paleo certified ! You can find them at target , Walmart , H-E-B ( A TX store )

Hum... I followed the recipe to the "T" (used coconut oil - not butter) and the dough didn't flatten at all. I had to manually flatten them out... Am I missing something?

Delicious! My 5 year old loves them . Will definitely make them again , and try adding some variations too!
