This was our Easter 2020 goody with tea before breakfast. I used cinnamon applesauce and added 3/4 cup walnuts because every sweet bread IMO needs nuts. I divided the recipe into three mini loaf pans and baked for 30 minutes. Oh and I used 1 tsp powdered sugar for the strawberry glaze because mine were a little tart but I didn't want the full dose of sugar but granulated would have been fine too.

Made this for me and my mom to share over the course of the week for a snack or breakfast and we love it! The recipe is super easy to follow and it came out perfect. I do think the extra sugar is unnecessary and that the 3/4 is enough, but that is an easy fix. I highly recommend this recipe to anyone. Definitely will be using this recipe again :)

This is my go-to recipe for healthy fruit bread. I’ve experimented with other types of fruit but find it does work best with strawberries. Very moist & so easy to make!!!
