    Great! Used salt and pepper on chicken before I put on the spinach mixture. I added extra Dijon and fresh garlic instead of powdered and used crème fraîche and sour cream instead of yogurt in the mixture and used thick slices of mozzarella on was delicious but not low calorie

    You can't taste the dijon very much, next time i would add more. I had to salt it to make it taste better. If I were to make this again, I would have either marinated the chicken first or seasoned it before putting on the toppings.

    Wonderful! Flavor was great. I did season the chicken with salt and pepper before topping it with the spinach and artichoke mix.

    Good overall. Spinach-artichoke blend needs more flavor due to water content. Up salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Dijon was about right. Spread the chicken in pan so pieces aren’t touching.

    This turned out really good! I didn't butterfly the chicken and I should have, breasts were just too thick.. but I really love spinach and artichoke so I added more than what it called for, as well as added a little more mustard and garlic powder.. I used shredded mozzarella instead of slices but it all still worked well :) Definitely will make again!

    Decent recipe for a healthy entree. Chicken could use some pre-seasoning (salt & pepper) and based on current measurements, I could not taste garlic powder or dijon mustard so I'd suggest increasing both.

    This was yummy! I left out the mustard and used lemon pepper instead and added a quarter cup of shredded parmesan to the yogurt too. Marinated my chicken in Italian dressing. My husband loved it! Will definitely make again

    So I read everyone’s comments: I used half cream cheese and a little bit of the yogurt. I added a little salt and pepper at the end and it has turned out great.

    Read through all the comments before cooking and then made some tweaks: 2 bags of frozen spinach- defrosted and strained before adding to mix. I jar of roasted artichokes. Pre-seasoned 1,7 pounds of chicken thighs (no skin/bone) - cooked for 40 minutes on 425, I think. Tripled the amount of Dijon mustard. Used minced garlic instead of powdered. Added extra seasoning, salt, and some shredded Parmesan cheese to the spinach mixture. Used whole milk plain yogurt. Added fresh mozzarella (used the entire log) the last 5 minutes of cook time - set to broil. Easy and tasty - will definitely make again!

    very flavorful, cook the spinach before putting on the mix to go on the chicken so it doesnt take away from the taste with all the water spinach naturally has. other than that I would make again.
