- 5 Tbsp. seeds
- 4 oz. almond flour
- 1 tsp. canela (or cardamom)
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup raw honey
- 2 tsp. chia seeds
- 5 oz. dried cranberries (1 cup)
- 2 oz. dried apple slices (1 cup lightly packed)
- 2 oz. dried apricots (about 7 apricots or 1/3 cup)
- 2.5 oz. walnuts (3/4 cup)
- 2 oz. pecans (1/2 cup)
- 120 grams ground almonds (or almond flour, about a cup of almond flour)
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 oz. white sesame seeds (3 tablespoons)
- 1 oz. pine nuts (Scant 1/4 cup)
- 1/2 cup raw honey (depending on how much sweetness you like, I use 1/3 cup)
- 1/8 tsp. kosher salt
