    I was pleasantly surprised!!! It was SUPER easy too. I wanted something different for breakfast and this is light and low calorie.

    It was delicious! bery tastey and definitely a good spin on your normal veggie shake! Healthier than McDonald's Shamrock shackes by far! My only negative criticism is that it wasnt thick enough. I added a little more yogurt and honey to remedy this though. Definitely use 10 mint leaves instead of 15 if you're not as huge a fan of mint as I am!
