Chicken was too salty and there was no sauce so putting it over rice was very dry. Also the Yummly ingredient measurements are quite a bit off from the ingredients called for in the directions. Probably won’t make again but it wasn’t the worst recipe.

So good! Took a long time for prep and cooking but I think it was worth it. I used arrowroot starch instead of cornstarch and it worked great! I put it on top of basmati white rice

Delicious! The chicken was just a tad too salty. I’m just starting out cooking and followed this to a T and it was just too salty, not sure whether to reduce the soy sauce or to just omit the salt for next time.

I have tried this recipe a couple times with varying results of success. Very delicious and flavorful. It is not difficult to make, but for some reason I always find it tedious to prepare. I believe this one is one of those simple recipes that require certain practice to make it perfect. I definitively recommend it and I will surely do it again soon.

Ok. Tasty but my sauce didn’t thicken. But that’s ok too. I’m not big on corn starch.

Was a nice recipe. Not sure if I went wrong somewhere as I wish it was a little more saucy. I also marinated the chicken for like half an hour and added some oil in it whilst doing so. Added the egg and corn flour when cooking it. chicken was very soft which I liked, but not crispy on the outside. Is that how it is meant to be?

It was so yummy!!! I did add a bit more soya sauce but that’s just because I’m a salt fiend!!! Will definitely make again

This turned out pretty good. We served it with rice and it was very tasty. I did feel there was something missing from the sauce, so i may use maple syrup next time as suggested.

Tastes pretty bland. Could use more flavor. If you like lightly seasoned chicken though tastes alright. Served it with white rice and was pretty easy to make

I used olive oil. i don't know if the taste would have been different but there wasn't alot of flavor for me. Very filling and good.

Great! A little labor intense for a weeknight meal (if you're a working parent) but really good.

Delicious!! I’ve made it several times I usually do different vegetables, it’s become my “I have a lot of produce that’s about to go bad” dish and just throw in whatever I have

it was very good easy enough to make i did add the chicken broth to get the bits out of the pan since i always omit sweet pepper and a little mirin to deglaze the pan very delicious
