- 1 tsp. fresh thyme leaves (+ additional for garnish, optional)
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 lb. sweet potatoes (White, thinly sliced, about 1 very large potato *)
- 1 lb. sweet potatoes (Orange, thinly sliced, about 1 very large potato *)
- 1/2 cup pecans (roughly chopped)
