- 1 tsp. canela (depends on how much you like cinnamon)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 112 grams coconut butter
- 294 grams honey (3/4 cup + 2 tbs, or Pure Maple Syrup)
- 28 grams molasses (1 tbs + 1 tsp)
- 8 oz. chocolate (60% Cacao)
- 16 oz. fat free cream cheese (softened)
- 48 grams sucanat
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla paste (you can make this at home!)
- 1/2 tsp. stevia extract
- 96 grams whey protein powder (Chocolate)
- 2 large egg whites (use pasteurized if you feel more comfortable with that)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 48 grams erythritol (Granulated)
- 252 grams honey (or Agave, honey has a strong flavor so I would recommend agave)
- 25 drops almond (Flavor, optional)
