Not at all a sugary bomb
Instead of buttermilk I used yogurt and 1/4 water and added 3 T of ground flaxseed.
Delicious for breakfast or even an afternoon pick-me-up.
For once a muffin that won’t put you in a sugar coma. just the right amount of sugar.
