It was good, I thought it needed something to help balance the flavors, maybe lemon juice or something.

Very tasty, especially as leftovers. I would recommend adding a little more to the measurements for the dressing so there was more for the potatoes. It’s really good as is but a little more dressing would make it even that much better. Enjoy!
