    I couldn’t figure out how to finish up a box of Ramen noodles (from Costco) till I found this recipe. Doubled the recipe, that’s how many noodles we had, and it tasted sooo good!! Everyone had 2 servings...saving this one to make it again.

    Prepped the ground beef, sauce, and vegetables ahead of time. Once ready to prepare, I was on track and didn’t feel like I was rushing through the recipe. It was amazing and the family loved it. I have leftovers and I can’t wait to reheat. That’s only if my family don’t get to it first🥰

    Definitely more prep with cutting up veggies (if they are fresh) than what recipe called for (5min prep time?). I doubled the sauce and added another 3oz packet of ramen noodles. Great and tasty dish!

    This is my second time making this recipe the family loves it! Instead of sriracha I used hot sauce.

    Delicious and super flavorful...I used low sodium soy and no additional salt to lower the sodium in the recipe but other than that it was delicious! Will absolutely make it again!

    This was really good! Will make again...esp if we’re looking for something quick. We didn’t have Sriracha so we replaced it with half a tablespoon of Cayenne.
