Made this multiple times now, tastes really good especially after it’s been sitting in the fridge for a day or too. It’s tastes super nutty and I add a little bit of chocolate chips.

Modified a bit but turned out great still. I used half and half of honey and maple syrup. I also used a baking unsweetened chocolate bar and melted it with the coconut oil instead of using powdered. I don’t have a food processor but mixing it in bowl turned out fine. Since the quinoa was not chopped down it turned out a bit nutty which is expected. Still enjoyed it! :))))

I’m surprised with the results, taste really good. I replaced coconut sugar for Monkfruit and Maple for Lakanto Maple, made it zero sugar and I’m amazed by the taste. I’m sure I’m gonna make it again.

Delicious very light, fluffy and tasty. Very happy with the results I baked in a copper pan which I’ve discovered reducing the cooking time is necessary only 28 minutes

After 30 minutes it still seemed rare, so it turned out more like a porridge, but still delicious. Excellent with strawberries and blueberries. And I doubled the doses
