Delicious! My kids declared they taste like pumpkin spice. Topped with a little bit of butter and maple syrup, they were even better but tasted good plain too.

If "healthy" means it has no flavor then goal achieved. I followed this recipe word for word, the only good part is it made my apartment smell like pumpkin pie for a little while.
