- 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 1 Tbsp. walnuts (Optional – To tell you the truth, pecans would taste much better in this oatmeal, I didn’t have any in the house.)

Easy and good! I prefer less pumpkin and spices. Added maple syrup for sweetness. Also, used soy milk. Pecans were perfect with this. I nuked the oatmeal for 1.5 minutes then mixed remaining ingredients in and nuked for 30 seconds more.
