These are amazing! Everyone loved them, very moist and flavorful. I used half the sweetener and used maple syrup instead of honey. Added the equivalent extra liquid in milk. worked out great and still a bit sweet :)

They are light, despite all the ingredients. Good flavour and texture. I used unsweetened chocolate, so they were less sweet, which I prefer.

You can definitely tell they are healthy muffins…lol. My husband thought they were protein muffins, he liked them and said they tasted good but didn’t rave over them and say “oh gosh, they are so good or delicious. They are definitely have a different texture to them, they are moist and real dense (heavy). They are not my favorite and am not sure I will make them again.

Turned out great! Ran out of honey so used maple syrup instead. Will definitely make it again!
