These were super easy to make and delicious. I doubled the recipe. I also used applesauce for 1/2 of the oil. I added some chocolate chips and walnuts. It added some great texture. Highly recommend this recipe. I like the way it has you mix everything thoroughly and then add the flour at the end. It makes for a nice light muffin.

Easy for beginners and squiggly toddlers to make together. They came out super moist. Completely addictive and will be making this again!

These turned out great. Really yummy and moist. The bananas I had weren’t as overripe as they could’ve been so I added a bit of maple syrup to make them a little sweeter. The whole family enjoyed them and they are a great healthy breakfast option.
