definitely will make again. i am hoping the grandkids (3 & 2) will eat. i will let them help make the batter. you will need a big mixer, like the old fashioned kindnused for m8xed drinks

Pleasantly surprised by the texture! Would make again - probably without the vanilla next time so they vibe better with savory toppings

Really good… some of it didn’t bind well but it was still delicious! Going to add cinnamon next time! 😋

Love Love Love these!
I also add 1/2 cup of maple syrup to the batter before blending it in a Vitamix.
My kids eat them with syrup and I eat them with alone with just blueberries. My kids (3yrs and 5yrs) have requested them four mornings in a row now and they're very picky eaters. Highly recommend!
