Taste is great if you modify the liquid amount.Refreshing tropical flavor& beautiful color.
Made according to recipe & wound up with 6 cups after having to add 1.5 trays of ice to thicken. Next time will use frozen pineapple & banana, no water, & orange juice concentrate for better texture without so much ice.
Nutrition done that way adds up to 248 calories, .6 fat, 61 carbs, & 4 protein.
