Have made these twice now. Both times, they've come out awesome. I use 1/3 cup of sugar instead of 1/2 and blend the oats before to make them more flour-like. I also do 1/2 a teaspoon of salt, since I don't sprinkle salt on top.

Nothing personal, I have never met a recipe I didn't want to change, I gave it 5 stars because it is a great base recipe. I added 1 teaspoon of cinnamon. 1/4 teaspoon allspice, zest from one orange, one cup of dried cherries and one cup of roasted sunflower seeds.

They are delicious! Fresh out of the oven they are crispy on the outside and soft inside and no junk!
