Terrible texture tasted like coconut measurements were off DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME😢😣

After a few hours the texture of the cookie becomes a little rubbery. The flavor was not bad. I actually might make them again if I have one overripe banana & not a lot of time. It does kind of satisfy my craving for sweets without the guilt.

It was different. But I have to say i really love how it is so simple. Batch result was really small. I only got 9 small cookies.

The cookies were good. I substituted almond butter for peanut butter and stevia for truvia.

If you've ever cooked with coconut flour, it is a bit tricky, but I followed this exactly as written (but doubled)....what a yummy treat!

Followed recipe, turned out very dry on edges and still mushy/ wet on inside. Pretty dissappointing lol
