    Not bad. Not great. Problem for me was most likely that the pesto I used had too much salt in it. So my fault, really. Interesting though, that most of the five star reviews are by people who added or switched out a lot of stuff.

    This recipe is a great one to augment. I used cream cheese in place of parmigiana to give some volume to the sauce and I used tomato chutney instead of sun dried tomato. I added chopped lunchbox orange sweet peppers and used spinach instead of broccoli. So use whatever you have on hand and it will be delicious.

    This recipe was really good! I added low fat ground chicken mixed with dill, paprika, onion powder and garlic powder and cooked it before the veggies in the same pan til browned with Worcestershire sauce and red wine vinegar. I think next time I’ll add some whole cloves of baked garlic too.

    Added a bit more pesto and sun dried tomato and it was so good!! Would definitely make this again and maybe add Kalamada olives to it at the last step too. This is going in the dinner rotation for sure.

    I added about 1/4-1/2 cup of cream cheese and Valentina Seasoning because I was out of sun dried tomatoes which brings a sour kick. This recipe is a keeper! So darn yummy!

    Easy and tasty. I also added asparagus at the same time as the broccoli.

    Good but definitely needs help with flavor. I swapped broccoli for broccoli rabe to give it some depth and added a lot more red pepper

    Was a bit dry and tasteless, I understand its healthy but healthy doesnt have to mean bland. This is the first and only yummly recipe I’ve been disappointed with.

    Made this tonight. Turned out very well. I grilled a couple chicken breats, shredded them and added to the mixture when the broccoli was almost done. Not a fan of the sundried tomatoes...perhaps its the texture. The wife had seconds so I know it was good.
