    I am a health junkie :-), I tried this recipe this morning, I altered some of the ingredients to meet my food requirements. However, not using baking soda or baking powder, the pancakes came out flat, for me I was pleased with the taste. On the other hand my spouse hated the consistency of the pancake. :-)
