    so so SOOOO so good! i topped these with some homemade whip cream and strawberries. my family loved them and there were no leftovers;)

    Revising my review: turns out you can cook them to different consistencies, less cooking and they are fluffy and moist, more cooking and they are a bit more texture and chew. I love the fluffy and moist (almost like a French pastry), myself. Original review: They were very tasty, I added small wild blueberries and the pancakes didn't get soggy. My only issue is the batter is so thin that it doesn't make a pancake so much as a slightly thick crepe which can make it hard to flip being such a wide but not thick cake...but that's my only downside to these.
