- 1 Tbsp. minced ginger (optional)
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup raisins (goji berries, or dried cranberries)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 6 pitted dates
- 1 Tbsp. maple syrup

- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 Tbsp. cocoa powder (organic, optional)
- 2 scoops whey protein powder (cold processed)
- 3 Tbsp. water (or milk if needed to thin the mix and get the right moisture content)
