- 2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1/2 cup orange juice (fresh squeezed navel)
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. honey
- 1/4 rice vinegar
- 1 tsp. ginger (fresh grated)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 pinch red pepper flakes
- orange zest
- toasted sesame seeds
- green onions
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- salt

Directions
- To make the orange sauce: combine all ingredients (except sesame seeds, sesame oil, green onions, chicken, and orange zest) together in a small bowl.
- Transfer sauce mixture into a small sauté pan. Heat until nearly boiling. Mix cornstarch with a small amount of cold water. Add cornstarch to sauce and boil to thicken, about one minute.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Cook in sesame oil. Remove from heat and dice into bite-size pieces.
- Combine diced chicken breast and orange sauce into medium bowl and toss to thoroughly coat.
- Serve hot and garnish with toasted sesame seeds, chopped green onions, and orange zest.
