- 1 cup mixed nuts (finely chopped, I used Bamix Superbox processor to achieve the best texture)
- 1 can green lentils (rinsed and)
- 1 onion (diced)
- 1 leek (chopped)
- 225 grams mushrooms (chopped)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1/2 cup almond flour (you can make your own, just put almonds to a processor and pulse until you get flour like consistency)
- 1/2 cup mozzarella (vegan)
- 1 Flaxseed egg (1 tbsp flaxseed mixed with 3 tbsp water)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- chopped parsley (Handful roughly)
