    Have been making these for years - a favourite! Started making them for my toddler and subbed 1/4 c maple syrup and 1/4 apple sauce instead of sugar and they turned out great.

    Delicious! I added 1/4 cup of pumpkin and used craisins. It was even better!

    Tasty! I added some walnuts, subbed yogurt for banana (added a couple pinches extra baking soda to offset the acid), used a mix of oat flour, all purpose flour, and barley flour for added fiber, and used dried pineapple instead of raisins. Was a little worried all the modifications would mess it up but came out well! Seems to be a very modifiable recipe for whatever you have on hand.

    Really tasty addition to our breakfast line up. I used whole wheat flower and added an extra egg for a protein boost. Came out very moist and flavorful!

    I made a sheet of mini muffins and six regular size from this recipe just cut cooking time in half I really enjoyed these. Not too sweet and healthy. I threw in a tablespoon of chia for good measure. I'll make these again. The kids helped me today and it was a good and easy recipe to cook with the kids.

    Wonderful ! Didn't add the raisins or banana though , threw in chia seeds instead. Recipe only made 9-10 muffins

    I thought these were really good muffins. But since I'm not a big fan of nutmeg I decided to do 1/4 tsp of nutmeg and 1/4 tsp of cinnamon.

    Surprisingly moist muffin, didn't make any changes to the recipe and will certainly make again. Was able to get my husband to eat them for breakfast each morning.
