- 1/2 Tbsp. unsalted butter (or coconut oil, melted and cooled slightly)
- 2 large egg whites (room temperature)
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 tsp. stevia (vanilla)
- 1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- 3/4 cup nonfat milk
- 3/4 cup zucchini (freshly grated, patted dry, see Notes!)
- 3/4 cup grated carrot (freshly, about 1 medium, peeled first!)
