i didnt add the enchilada sauce but loved that taste anyways. my only problem was that the portions in the recipe were too much for 6 tortilla to hold. maybe 8 would have been a better number for the servings.

We used Ortega green Chile enchilada sauce and they were Great! Fast easy and super filling! Enough for 8 X-Large Burritos! I added salsa to the mixture as well as someTaco seasoning!

So easy and flavourful! A good enchilada sauce is key! A lot of people are complaining about the measurements. Honestly go with your tastebuds if you want to add cilantro add cilantro if you want to add more salt then go ahead if you want to add more enchilada sauce then do it! This recipe is so flexible no need to follow it exactly :)

It was nice. Had to cut out the chilli for the kids but had some chilli sauce on the side. Worked a treat.

It was very good, might want to add a little salt, pepper, and vegan butter to rice and sauce mixture but overall very good!

I am making them right now and just realized that the “enchilada sauce” should have been the homemade chipotle enchilada sauce which I didn’t discover until I went to the directions portion. So I go to the recipe for it and what’s with the 11/2 OR the 1-11/2?! Not a good experience for my first yumly recipe. I may just stick to my cookbooks if I am going to have trouble reading the ingredients list. Disappointed!

Ugh. Need more flavor. Next I’ll made a guacamole sauce and add more enchilada sauce. Maybe add some cilantro. I’ll update.

Loved it!!! Couldnt even tell there was no meat, (not a vegetarian just tryin healthier options). I will definitely make this again for my family, so simple, and cost efficient to make. I added lightly sautéed bell peppers (green red and yellow), onions, and a few diced tomatoes.

I loved this recipe. I used organic sprouted brown basmati rice and added the black beans in the rice. I also added chicken. Delicious!

I just made the sauce from the link. I didn't blitz the sauce though as I like the texture the pepitas bring. Is a quick easy sauce for any Mexican dish. The burrito is a quick meal to put together midweek

I bought the raw flour tortillas from Costco to make these burritos and they were just fine. Highly recommended!
