amazing flavour! i was a bit impatient between layers so it didnt set properly but even that! the chocolate on the top is super tasty! and I don't even like dates! but all together works!!! for a treat is outstanding! you can't tell is vegan!

Tasted great! I would say the ‘nougat’ step
Would need to be in the freezer a lot longer the 20 minutes or the caramel just sinks through it rather than sitting on top!
