- 1 1/2 cups whole wheat pastry flour (I didnt have what pastry flour so I used 1/2 white and 1/2 whole wheat)
- 1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 2 bananas (small to medium ripe, mashed)
- 1 tsp. coconut oil (melted)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 egg whites
- 1 cup shredded zucchini (about 2 small or 1 medium zucchini)
- 2 Tbsp. unsweetened applesauce
- 1/3 cup nonfat plain greek yogurt (I use store brand)
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (mini or regular, I like mini)
