- 1/4 cup coconut flour (sifted)
- 1 1/2 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup sweetener (granulated, choice, I used a monk fruit sweetener)
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 cup almond butter (smooth, can sub for cashew, peanut butter)
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup (can sub for brown rice, agave or honey- If you use honey/agave, add an extra tablespoon)
- 1 flax (or chia egg, can use one whole egg if not vegan)
- 1/2 cup milk (choice, I used unsweetened almond milk)
- 1/2 cup chocolate chunks (I used dairy free chocolate chunks)
- frosting (See above- I used an easy coconut cream)
