- 1/2 cup dried cranberries (or raisins)

- 1/3 cup skim milk (I've also used lowfat buttermilk with great results)

I was weary that I wouldn't like these because of the banana (I can't stand the taste of it), but these are SO good! The other ingredients take over enough that I didn't taste it too much and the flavor was great. It's a family favorite and will be added to our rotation!

This recipe is delicious! It makes exactly 12 muffins worth of batter, too I made it a little less healthy and used chocolate chips instead of cranberries and omitted flaxseed. The kids really enjoy them!
