    Great cookie! Really oily though, I can’t remember if all monster cookies are though? I used ghee instead of butter. This recipe does not make a lot of cookies, I ended up 1.5 X the ingredients except the ghee since it was plenty oily enough. I also love cinnamon so I added a little extra :)
