This is a great recipe! The only problem I had was that it made so much that I had to do it in batches in my food processor. I was surprised how well it stuck together and it tasted wonderful! I had another falafel recipe, but I like this one much better with the uncooked chickpeas. I used a yogurt sauce over the top mixed with shredded cucumber, lemon and a dash of salt. I served it on a skinny bun with bibb lettuce, tomato and Red onion. We had homemade coleslaw with no mayo on the side. Very healthy meal!

Super nice! I absolutely loved the falafel’s and served them with yoghurt and a big salad. They made me happy!

Amazing recipe! I served it with some yogurt dip with parsley and garlic! Will definitely do it again!
