Turned out great! I added garlic powder and used “just egg”, which is a vegan substitute. Just need to cook it a little longer.

Good, moist, I added extra seasoning and it turned out good to my taste. Only thing is the egg scent, I recommend only using egg white.

I found this recipe last night and made it this a.m. It was wonderfully simple and quite flavorful, I also fried some radishes in place of fried potatoes. Great way to start the day.
