Really good. 3/4 of the family liked it. My wife is picky.
I used frozen bean and defrosted them instead of blanched fresh and it was great.

Lovely. I used frozen edamame and greens, and also added pistachio, which is definitely worth it, just adds a bit of depth.

love this so much!!! Easy, delicious and healthy. I drizzle some flavored white balsamic vinegar on top.

Didn't feel like a regular green salad but needed a "green" side - this was perfect! So easy and just something different; perfect for a potluck when you want to stand out a little ;) I did have to add a little salt, just because... Yum!

Lovely! I make this salad at least 3 times a month. It's simple and refreshing. It is always a hit with my friends.

Loved this salad...fresh tasting and pretty and easy. Would make it again. Did substitute frozen French green beans (cut them) for Reg green beans. Also shelled the whole Edamame bean for the pea size Edamame which the recipe calls for. Use microwave to cook all beans...it worked well.

Very good! Fresh and fast with lots of flavor. I used bagged steamed beans and took them out early and rinsed them in cold water. You could substitute items seasonally, like asparagus instead of green beans or goat cheese instead of feta. We will keep making this.

My family loved the combinations of green and the cheese, and I even added half a corn on the cob to add more color. Delicious and easy to keep in the fridge.
