Description
These cookies are really yummy and healthy as they contain no flour or eggs. Ingredients are not measured strictly, you are free to ad as much you want and is easy to adjust. If you do not want to add extra sugar, pick only dried fruits not candied ones.

- 3 bananas (ripe)
- dried fruit (figs, cherries, plums, peaches...)
- nuts (peanuts, almonds, walnuts, cashews...)
- seeds (flex seed, pumpkin seed, sesame, chia...)
- cinnamon
- rolled oats

Directions
- Mash bananas into a smooth paste. Add in oats. Chop fruits into smaller peaces and add to bananas and oats. Half of the nuts blend and mix with bananas and fruit. The other half of nuts add in whole. Add seeds and cinnamon. Mix well.
- Line the baking trey with parchment paper. Grab a spoonful of the mixture and place it on the paper so you form a small cookie. Repeat until you run out of the mixture. Bake for about 15 mins on 190 C degrees but be careful to not over bake them. Enjoy.
