This was so perfect for me last year when I was going grain free over the holidays. It saved me from a lot of FOMO, and I didn't have to feel guilty about eating it. I've made it multiple times and plan to make it again. One note is that my hubby and I prefer to add the spices in more quantity than the recipe calls for, but that's just personal preference.

This is AMAZING! Could not stop eating it and I didn’t have to feel guilty about it.
Update: Still making this fantastic recipe. This is at least the 3rd time I’ve made it. I’ve gotten to where I make two cans of pumpkin purée’s worth with 4 eggs and an extra half of all the other ingredients. SO YUMMY!

I substituted a few scoops of pure stevia extract for the honey and it was delicious! The only difference between this and normal pumpkin pie was that it didn't have a crust. :)

I cut the honey to 1/3 cup and still it was plenty sweet. Next time I'll try 1/4 cup.
