I made this for the first time about a year ago, and since it's become one of my standbys. It's easy to make, makes little mess, is low in calories, freezes well if you're doing the 1 day meal prep thing for the week, and is really freakin' tasty. I add about a half cup of flour after cooking to thicken it a bit-- I like my chili extra hearty like that. Usually serve with a dollop of sour cream and cheese, and it's easily one of my favorite meals. Directions say to stop and shred the chicken partway through, but I don't usually do that and haven't noticed much difference either way. Delish :)
